Myriam Cloodt is an Associate Professor at the department of Industrial Engineering & Innovation Sciences, subdepartment Innovation Technology Entrepreneurship and Marketing. She finished her dissertation at METEOR (University of Maastricht) on the topic of measuring the innovative performance of high-tech companies after a merger or acquisition. More in particular, she analyzed the role of strategic fit and organizational fit in explaining innovative performance differentials between high-tech firms. Her research interests include strategic technology alliances, mergers and acquisitions, international strategy, open innovation and technological change.
